This website provides information about BlueStone’s services, industries, coverage, and careers content, and lets visitors request service, apply as providers, or submit RFP materials. Content is for general information and is not a binding quote unless we confirm it in writing.

Customer visitors do not need a login for this public site. Provider portal access (for work orders, invoices, and technicians) is offered separately at our operations workspace and is subject to provider agreements and portal rules.

Forms and file uploads must be accurate and lawful. Do not upload malware, others’ confidential data without authority, or illegal content. You grant BlueStone permission to use submitted materials to evaluate and respond to your request.

Site design, branding, text, and media are owned by BlueStone or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every description is complete for your specific facilities. Facility services are performed under separate scopes, SLAs, and contracts.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BlueStone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability related to site use is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Maryland have exclusive venue for disputes arising from this website, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
